Try to obtain the following in formation from the caller (the object is to keep the person talking while you calmly note voice characteristics and other valuable information):
- Exact location of the device
- Time set up for detonation
- Description of the device
- Reason for the threat.
- Exact words used by the subject.
- Exact time of the call.
